About Buriram
Buriram Province sits in the Isan heartland, approximately 410 kilometers from Bangkok. The province has experienced rapid development driven by its world-class sporting venues, but retains its Isan character through local cuisine, silk weaving traditions, and the enduring presence of Khmer temple ruins scattered across the landscape. Cannabis access through dispensaries like this one is part of Buriram’s evolving service economy.
PT 33 Prescription Required
Thai law changed on 26 June 2025: cannabis flower is now a controlled herb and can only be dispensed against a PT 33 prescription. The form is issued after a consultation with a DTAM-certified practitioner and is valid for up to 30 days. A seller that hands over flower to a customer with no prescription risks up to one year in prison and/or a 20,000 THB fine. Smoking in public is a separate offence under the Public Health Act, with fines up to 25,000 THB. Read the PT 33 prescription guide before visiting any shop in Buriram.
