Rayong Weed & Cannabis Shops 2026 — Rayong City, Ban Phe, Koh Samet & PT 33 Rules

Rayong is an Eastern Seaboard province about 180 km southeast of Bangkok, straddling the industrial corridor and the Gulf of Thailand coast. The provincial capital has a population of roughly 70,000, while the wider province is home to around 700,000 people. Rayong is the gateway to Koh Samet, one of the closest islands to Bangkok, and the province draws a steady mix of expats, retirees, industrial workers, and weekend tourists from the capital.

As of early 2026 Rayong has approximately 64 cannabis listings: 55 dispensaries, 6 farms, and 3 clinics. By law, every sale of cannabis flower needs a valid PT 33 prescription. The scene here is practical and local, with none of the tourist-district theatrics found in Bangkok or Phuket.

CBD products below 0.2% THC remain available without a prescription at pharmacies and wellness shops throughout the province.

How buying cannabis in Rayong works now

Since 26 June 2025 cannabis flower has been a “controlled herb” under the Thai Traditional Medicine Act. A shop may sell it only to someone holding a PT 33 prescription from an authorised practitioner (a doctor, a Thai traditional medicine practitioner or another prescriber certified by the Department of Thai Traditional and Alternative Medicine). The prescription is valid for up to 30 days, a licensed outlet can sell up to a 30-day supply, and since January 2026 it must keep a DTAM-trained staff member on site whenever it is open.

In our listings, Rayong Hospital Cannabis Clinic and Tumrubkan Rayong Thai Traditional Medicine Clinic are clinic options in the city. The PT 33 prescription guide explains the process. The listings on this page come from public map data, and being listed does not mean a shop is licensed. A compliant shop will ask for your prescription before it sells.
