PT 33 Prescription Required
Since 26 June 2025, cannabis flower has been a controlled herb under Thailand’s Traditional Medicine Act. This shop can only sell flower to someone holding a PT 33 prescription, issued by a DTAM-certified practitioner such as a doctor or Thai traditional medicine practitioner and valid for up to 30 days. Selling without one carries up to a year in prison and/or a 20,000 THB fine for the seller. Visitors in Khon Kaen should see a clinic first; our PT 33 prescription guide explains the steps.
