PT 33 Prescription Required
Thai law changed on 26 June 2025: cannabis flower is now a controlled herb and can only be dispensed against a PT 33 prescription. The form is issued after a consultation with a DTAM-certified practitioner and is valid for up to 30 days. A seller that hands over flower to a customer with no prescription risks up to one year in prison and/or a 20,000 THB fine.
