Since 26 June 2025, cannabis flower has been a controlled herb under Thailand’s Traditional Medicine Act. This farm can only sell flower to someone holding a PT 33 prescription, issued by a DTAM-certified practitioner such as a doctor or Thai traditional medicine practitioner and valid for up to 30 days.
