Khlong Chik Subdistrict Community Enterprise is a cannabis cultivation project located in the Khlong Chik subdistrict of Bang Pa-in district, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. This community enterprise farm operates as an outdoor cannabis cultivation operation, growing medical-grade cannabis in the fertile central plains terrain of the Chao Phraya River basin. The farm was established as part of a district-level medical cannabis cultivation initiative supported by the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Provincial Public Health Office.
A Pioneering Medical Cannabis Farm in Ayutthaya
This farm holds the distinction of being the first medical cannabis cultivation project in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The primary goal is to produce quality medical-grade cannabis for use in 16 traditional Thai medicine recipes that incorporate cannabis, as well as cannabis oil products. The farm operates in collaboration with traditional healers and provincial public health administrators to ensure the cannabis grown here serves the medical needs of the local population.
