Korat Weed & Cannabis Shops 2026 — Nakhon Ratchasima City, Pak Chong & PT 33 Rules

Korat (Nakhon Ratchasima) is the gateway to Isan and one of the country’s bigger cannabis markets outside the tourist belt. Our directory lists 49 shops in the province, from public map data, plus clinics in the city and seven farms. The rules for buying are national: since 26 June 2025 cannabis flower has been a “controlled herb” under the Thai Traditional Medicine Act, and a shop may sell it only to someone with a PT 33 prescription from an authorised practitioner.

A listing is not proof of a licence. A compliant shop asks for your prescription before it sells.

How buying cannabis in Korat works

1. Consult an authorised practitioner. In our listings, the options in the city are Korat Hospital Cannabis Clinic on Chang Phueak Road and a medical cannabis clinic in Nai Mueang. Call ahead to check clinic days.
2. Get the PT 33 if they prescribe. It sets product, dose and duration and is valid for up to 30 days.
3. Buy only within it. Licensed outlets can sell up to 30 days’ supply and must have a DTAM-trained staff member on site whenever they are open.

The PT 33 prescription guide explains who can prescribe.

• Public smoking that bothers others can be fined up to 25,000 THB, with up to 3 months in prison, under the Public Health Act 1992.
• Selling without a prescription is a separate offence: up to 20,000 THB and up to a year in prison for the seller under the Traditional Medicine Act. See the penalties guide.
